About me

A graduate from the School of Translation, Interpreting and Languages (Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan, Poland).

Qualifications

I was born and raised not far from Moscow, hence the knowledge of Russian. My language skills developed further at Adam Mickiewicz University, where I studied Russian-English philology and, later on, Polish-English/English-Polish translation at STIL. Simultaneously, I worked as an assistant/translator in 'Business Service' Translation Agency (Poznan). My employment as a Ryanair cabin crew member (2008-2009) allowed me to spend a year in Liverpool, where English had been my working tool.

At the moment I am involved in a voluntary translation work for the 'Mazurkas of the World' Festival - an artistic/educational project related to the Year of Chopin: http://www.festivalmazurki.pl/festiwal , as well as the translation of the website contents for the acquainted Irish dancing groups.

I strive to develop constantly, therefore I gladly accept new challenges :)

Proofreading by native speakers may be included in the translation offers.

I can confirm the reputation for reliability and commitment of Monika Zawadzka. She is perfer and responsible transtator. She has translated many papers in the field of psychology for Pedagogical Academy. Her languages are Polish/English as well as English/Russian so she translated conference abstracts fluetly during the international conference in 2006. We hope to co-operate in future as well.

Właściwie to nie robię cos przeciwko sobie. Polecając usługi Pani Moniki, które są wykonywane terminowo i rzetelnie, kręcę bat na siebie. Jednak mimo to będę czekał w kolejkach bo naprawdę warto.
